A queue for each venue you pay for: unlimited tickets, staff, queues and QR codes, your own branding, the form builder, the counter view and the wall display.

£25 per venue per month, after a 14 day trial that needs no card. Prices include VAT where applicable. We will always tell you before a price changes, and you can cancel at any time from your venue.

If a payment fails your queues keep working while we retry, for about three weeks. After that the join page stops taking new tickets, though nothing is deleted.

You decide what your form asks. Only ask for what you need, tell customers why if it is not obvious, and do not use UsherQR to collect anything sensitive that you have no lawful reason to hold — health details in particular.

You are responsible for what your staff do with the accounts you give them.

We aim to be available whenever you are open, and we run on infrastructure built for that. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and you should have a way to serve customers if the internet goes down — a pad of paper behind the till has never crashed.

Cancel whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Ask us and we will export your data or delete it. We may close an account that is being used to break the law or to harass people, and we will tell you why.

UsherQR helps you run a queue. It is not responsible for what happens in your venue, for missed customers, or for lost trade. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
